Despite the name, Career-Mums is not exclusively for women. As the Return to Work experts, we can also support dads returning to work after paternity/adoption leave or other type of career break.
Although we specialise in helping women returners, we offer support to men wishing to relaunch their careers following a break – whether to raise young children or care for elderly or sick relatives.
We understand how daunting it can be to explain your career break on your CV. So we will work with you to build your confidence and secure the role that works best for you.
Using our Return to Work expertise, we offer personal coaching sessions tailored to your individual circumstances to help you get your career back on track.
At the moment, due to numbers, we’re unable to offer open workshops for dads considering returning to work after paternity or adoption leave. However, if you can bring together a handful of men in a similar situation we would be happy to run a Return to Work workshop programme especially for you. But please note that all aspects of our Return to Work programme are available to you through our coaching sessions.
Our Career-Dads transition coaching programme is designed for men like you. It will give you the confidence and support you need to get back to work after taking time out on paternity or adoption leave – whether returning full-time or part-time, starting your own business or retraining for a new career.
The standard programme consists of 3 x 1-hour phone or Skype sessions with a trained Career-Mums business coach. Customised fully to you, the coaching aims to help you come up with an actionable return-to-work plan that suits both your career aspirations and your family’s needs.
