CAREER-MUMS PROVIDES SUPPORT TO WOMEN IN THEIR CAREERS.

WE’RE PROUD TO BE A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

Career support for returners & working parents

Over 50 years since women were given equal rights in the workplace but the career paths most women take in their working life tend to be very different to those of men – despite women achieving more from education today.

We know women’s careers tend to get disrupted around parenthood with career progression slowing down, shifting priorities and changing aspirations for the future. Women tend to take on more caring responsibilities for elderly and ill family members, take on more of the domestic and emotional workload at home as well as spending more hours actively parenting.

We want to see an end to the gender barriers to career success.

Until this happens we’re here to support you to thrive at home, work and in life.

Whether you’re on maternity leave or a longer career break, overwhelmed as a working parent or want a career change – we’re here to help you.
